Gordon Parks and Langston Hughes

Langston Hughes
6 min.
My favorite was:

Cross
My old man's a white old manAnd my old mother's black. If ever I cursed my white old manI take my curses back.If ever I cursed my black old motherAnd wished she were in hell,I'm sorry for that evil wishAnd now I wish her wellMy old man died in a fine big house. My ma died in a shack.I wonder were I'm going to die,Being neither white nor black?
Gordon Parks
My favorite picture of his was the one he took in 1963 of Ethel Shariff and the black muslims
i Picked this picture as my favorite because i like how the first person in focus and they like make a triangle in back of her and i like how the lighting looks likes its coming from above.
